What is Romega® Skin Refine?
Romega® Skin Refine is a dietary supplement designed to support skin health and radiance. The core of the product is herring roe oil, developed through over 15 years of research – an exclusive ingredient that Arctic Bioscience alone offers.
Combined with Lipowheat®, a ceramide-rich wheat oil, it creates a powerful formula for skin beauty. This nourishing oil blend supplies the skin with essential building blocks for skin cells.
Together with collagen peptides, biotin and vitamin C, the skin's elasticity and glow are strengthened, while fine lines and wrinkles are reduced.
How long do I have to take Romega® Skin Refine to see results?
The effect varies from person to person, but clinical studies show that many people experience improved skin moisture after just 8 weeks.
Over time, you can also notice a clear reduction in wrinkles and fine lines.
To achieve lasting results, regular daily intake for at least 3 to 6 months is recommended.

Clinical study
Research into wheat ceramides (Lipowheat®) has been ongoing for over 15 years. Lipowheat® is rich in wheat ceramides that improve skin moisture and elasticity, reduce wrinkles and contribute to a more even skin tone.
Clinical studies show a significant increase in skin moisture levels after just 4 weeks, as well as a noticeable reduction in wrinkles after 8 weeks. These benefits were maintained throughout the 20-week study with continued daily intake.
For lasting improvements such as healthier skin and fewer visible wrinkles, it is important to continuously provide the body with the right nutrients.

How do I get a direct debit/e-invoice?
You can easily create a direct debit if you wish. When you log in to your online bank to pay your first invoice, you will be offered the option to create a direct debit. Click “yes” and then follow the instructions. If you are an existing customer, go to the “direct debit” tab in your online bank.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 14 days of placing your order. As long as the product is unopened. Please contact customer service on 952 93 384 if you wish to exercise your right of cancellation. As a subscriber, you only have the right to cancel your first package.
Is there a commitment period for the subscription?
The subscription is completely without a binding period and can be cancelled at any time.
However, it is important that you make sure to cancel within your deadline. Your deadline is adjusted to your subscription, and you can find the date of the latest changes on your invoice.
Remember that Romega® capsules work best when taken regularly. Find your own routine so that you remember to take it – then your body will be happy.
Can the subscription be changed?
Yes.
Simply contact customer service if you would like Romega® delivered more often, if you need to pause your subscription, or change products.
How is payment made for you as an invoice customer?
Your boxes of Romega® will be sent to you according to the agreed subscription cycle. In the package you will find your invoice. You have 14 days to pay.
If you are unfortunate enough to forget to pay this, we will send you a free SMS with a friendly reminder.
If you also forget this payment, we will send you another payment reminder, with applicable fees for postage and handling.
Should you, against all odds, forget this one too, we will send you a reminder before transferring further follow-up to our partner Sergel.
How are payments made for you as a card customer?
Transactions on Romega.no are processed via Stripe , a secure electronic payment solution. The automated process for shipping occurs as soon as payment via Stripe is successful.
All card information is stored in accordance with the card companies' regulations. Your card information will only be visible to Stripe, and we will be notified when the transaction has gone through.
For subscribers with card payments, the registered payment card will be charged according to the selected subscription.
How does a subscription work?
When you subscribe to Romega PREMIUM you will receive one box every 3 months.
With a subscription to Romega HJERNE, one box is delivered every 2 months.
With a subscription to Romega GRAVID, one box is delivered every 2 months.
The subscription is automatically renewed according to the selected product.

Why can't I access “My Account”?
“My Account” is no longer in use for service reasons. Unfortunately, we have experienced that changes and adjustments made by the customer themselves have in some cases not worked as desired.
To ensure that your product and deliveries arrive when you want them, we have chosen to increase the staffing of our customer service department so that any changes and adjustments are made correctly.

For individual purchases, shipping costs are NOK 79.
When will the shipment arrive?
We ship orders regularly throughout the week. The shipments will be tailored to your subscription, so that you receive your Romega® box before you run out.

Sustainable fishing
Every single Romega capsule contains naturally refined nutrients from the roe of sustainably caught herring.
Thanks to good and sustainable quota regulations, herring is still an important part of the maritime industry in Norway. The herring stock is managed so that future generations will also benefit from this wonderful fish. Today, herring in food production has a very low environmental impact.
Only a fraction of the shoal is retrieved from the sea and taken to the fish reception centres for further processing. The herring stock is well managed, and fishing takes place under strict quota regulations. It is at the reception centres that we separate the immature roe from the herring fillet, and the roe is further processed into Romega®. Here we are talking about short-lived omega-3.
How to choose the right number of capsules?
The recommended daily dose of Romega® is 2-6 capsules.
The daily dose of Romega® can be taken all at once or divided into morning and evening, if desired in connection with meals.
Is Romega® a safe product?
Romega® is completely safe to use as it is an extract from a well-known food product (herring roe).
Romega® is safe to use with other products. If you have an increased risk of bleeding or are taking blood-thinning medications, you should avoid large doses of omega-3 supplements. We recommend consulting your GP.
Can I use Romega® when I am allergic?
Romega® does not contain lactose, gluten or citrus. Romega® can be used by people with shellfish allergies and provides all the health benefits of omega-3 bound to phospholipids.
Since the raw materials in Romega® are from fish, fish protein may be present. We cannot guarantee that the product is safe if you have a fish allergy. You must assess the risk of this yourself in consultation with a doctor.
How should I store Romega®?
The can can be safely stored at room temperature, i.e. below 25℃, and placed away from strong sunlight. However, the preferred storage after opening is in the refrigerator as this prevents the development of odor and taste over time.
Effect
What is Romega® good for?
Romega® differs from traditional omega-3 products in that it contains oil from Norwegian herring roe, which contains a number of unique nutrients for health.
In herring roe oil, the omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA are bound to phospholipids. The special properties of phospholipids mean that the DHA and EPA fatty acids are absorbed more quickly, and you don't get unpleasant fishy regurgitation. *

Romega® also contains the essential nutrient choline, which is an essential building block for all cells in the body. Choline is also central to fat and cholesterol metabolism in the body and for the formation of the brain's neurotransmitter, acetylcholine.***
The updated Nordic Nutrition Recommendations (NNR2023) recognize the importance of choline as part of a healthy diet.
