Herring roe oil with its unique composition of fatty acids and nutrients contains not only EPA and DHA , which are important for the heart, brain and vision*, but also phospholipids , which are part of the structure and function of cell membranes, and which promote higher bioavailability with faster absorption of omega-3 fatty acids in the body than regular fish oils.*
A daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA contributes to the normal function of the heart, and a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA contributes to maintaining normal vision and normal brain function.
For pregnant and breastfeeding women, a daily intake of at least 200 mg of the omega-3 fatty acid DHA is recommended, in addition to the mother's recommended intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA contributes to normal brain and eye development in fetuses and nursing infants.
Romega also contains the essential nutrient choline, which is an essential building block for all body cells. Choline is also central to fat and cholesterol metabolism in the body.**

Nutritional content
Ingredients:
Herring roe extract (35%), fish oil concentrate (33%), gelatin, glycerol, antioxidant (tocopherols), aroma (vanilla).
Recommended daily dose:
2-6 capsules, together with a glass of water (200ml). Children over 3 years old who can swallow capsules: 1-2 capsules
Store below 25ºC, preferably in a refrigerator. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Keep out of the reach of children. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
